![]() Lastly, it helps raise the torch slightly (which is usually underappreciated) and it also has the chance to provide a minor full-party stress-heal, not to mention removing marks/stuns. This is also fantastic for Snake Fights whenever you want to camp with a Shield Breaker - one of the heroes I pair with an ARB/MUS the most. Flare is great later on because it can unstealth the entire enemy team (which is very handy in Vet/Champ when you get up to 3 stealthed units simultaneously). I play her with Flare > Snipe > Sidearm > Bandage. ![]() In short, you waste time to save time - not mandatory but its a fun and interesting playstyle that gives you more reason to think. Whenever you see corridor battles next to room-fights, or multiple fights in one corridor, it helps to try and end a fight with multiple sidearms. Seeing as the buff lasts for multiple rounds, you can carry it into the next battle provided the distance is short enough (giving you the freedom to go for immediate sustain, or if that isn't needed, to snipe a backliner as soon as the fight starts before anyone else does anything). Hitting a random target isn't optimal, but the ability to guarantee that your Healer goes ahead of both the enemy team and your own team can be a huge boon, especially if you have slower backup healers (because you can then ensure that bandage is applied before other heals), or against anything capable of DoTs to prevent fast heroes dying to a DoT (very common with slow healers like VES). When playing ARB/MUS as a main-healer, I will often go for Sidearm/Blindfire - turning an otherwise slow hero into sonic-the-hedgehog. One of my most played and recruited heroes over the last two years. Of course, this can't compete with the ole 'just throw a Vestal at it' problem, but I've had a lot of fun using them as main-healers for a long, long time. ![]() ![]() Their healing potencies aren't massive (except FLA's HP-based heals), yet the ARB/MUS bandage will improve those heals (and healing from food as well). ![]() As above, I simply revert to my favourite healer, ARB/MUS, and provide her with a few self-sustainers and/or an additional helper.Ĭrusader and Flagellant are nice backups seeing as they can help with both health and stress in a pinch. ![]()
